How can I place an order?

To place an order, choose your size and quantity, then click ‘Add to Bag’. Review your items by clicking the bag icon in the top right corner. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How do I checkout?

Once you have your selected items in your Bag, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. At checkout, place your order and accept our terms of shopping.

It won't let me order, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If an error message keeps occurring during your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or an error with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our customer service team info@watababe.com

I've just placed an order, where's my confirmation email?

This should be instant however please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer service info@watababe.com

Why does it seem like my card was charged twice?

Accepted Answer

What you might be seeing is a bank authorization, which is a common practice to ensure you have sufficient funds and to verify your account. This will clear within 48 hours, showing only one charge. If you received two confirmation emails with different order numbers, please email us at info@watababe.com immediately so we can cancel and refund the duplicate order before it is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. You are more than welcome to return your items for a refund/return as per our Returns Policy

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Accepted Answer

Once an order is placed, changes can't be made directly. Please contact our Customer Care team, and we will assist you in getting in touch with the shipping carrier for parcel redirection.

The item I want is out of stock, when will you restock?

The good news is we have a team dedicated to re-stocking popular items within a 2-3 week period. Sign up to our back in stock notification option on the website to be emailed when what you’re after is back on our (virtual) shelves. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
